Though I am AGAINST a "Standard Grading System." I still feel the new collector should know not to pay as much for an altered, fractured, warped, lifting or blistered inlay, faded, heat canceled, harshly cleaned, oiled, switched inlay, or photocopied inlay chip as he would for one available in better condition. By learning how to properly examine a chip to be aware of any of the above should be stressed.
