Yes! No more cruising! Enter and leave when you want(will I ever be home?). Except last nite, Harrah's filled to capacity at 10pm. because of 1st night specials, both boats full(Illinois Capacity limits still apply)! Empress not as crowded, got there at 11pm. and both their boats full but not to capacity. Casinos close for two hours in morning 7-9am, otherwise open for boarding and leaving at anytime. Will have to see how this works on heavy traffic weekends. Last night a waiting line until people left but believe this only because of special 1st nite Harrah's special events.
