Steve, I'm confused about the Rarity class that's shown with a chip that's usually found cancelled. I would think the code would be the rarity for the cancelled chips, but your footnotes sometimes imply the code is for the uncancelled chips.

For example, look at the Moulin Rouge, Las Vegas chips. It appears the Rarity Code in the table is for the drilled chip, while the price in the table is for the undrilled chip.

Can you explain how you decide what code goes with what price in these cases?
