Michael, my idea for two different books was not that the information be separated as far as differing content only that possibly if one book was too cumbersome, Volumn I could include A-M and Volumn II N through Z. The soft cover would enable users to pocket the books with ease when on the road or at shows etc.

The book is becoming so hugh that something like this is going to have to be adopted in the next few years as more material is added.
