I drove down 4622 Troost this am to check this place out. Unfortunately I was about a week late. The area was recently torn down. It is close to the Plaza which is supposed to have been one of the first shopping mall areas in the United States, built by the Nichols family, who still owns it I believe. This would have been a very nice location in its time.

Your chip looks a lot like chips from the Todd complany, although most I have seen were in the triangle mold. Mine are blue, black, gray, pink and red. All are triangle mold except the red. These are very similar to the Todd chips seen in the recent Gaming Times article.
