Please explain to me the correct procedure for changing the rules in which the way the COTY is now ran. All I want is for EVERYONE to vote, that wants too.

One of the most respected CC & GTCC Members, that I work with would like to vote, Mr Wasson in Texas would like to vote, Mr Lorenz in Alaska would like to vote, Mr Ramsey in Georgia would like to vote, Mr McCormicK in Calif would like to vote, Mr Nelson in Ill would like to vote, Mr Deitze in NJ would like to vote, and the list could go on and on.

All I ask is for your co-operation on this matter.
