I have three types like this, Rene:

Black

Purple

Black with green $100 bill across the card.

I think these are the ones that Bill Akeman had at the February chip show in large quantities. I've had mine for a year or so but don't know when they were in use at the hotel. Maybe Janice will read this and have a time frame for it.
