It all depends on how each person would "rate" a top 10 chip. Would it be by looks, historical impact, value??? I'm just not sure. The only thing I AM sure of and that's if value is the deciding factor, we'd have to pick a top 10 for each denomination especially if we are to include Nevada on the list!
