Obviously, the numbers are known. I believe, since the find belongs to Terry, he should be the one to post it here. If he is interested in spreading these chips around he should let the collecting community know how many were found.I do believe the $1.00 black is the scarcer of the four.

I received an email from a gentleman who asked about abbreviations. He questioned the NV designation for Nevada versus NEV. I don't have an answer but maybe someone on this board will. The question is as follows:

When did NV come into being as the abbreviation for Nevada? Didn't NV replace NEV?

I have no answer to either question. I was intending upon researching this very point when I had some free time .<g>
