Gene; I called Excalibur on April 24th and spoke with the General Manager's office about the club COTY award being presented at the club's annual Early Bird Reception. I was directed by the GM's office to send a letter on club stationary to Mr. Don Stuckey, Director of Marketing and Sales... which I did follow-up and sent the letter out the same day of my telephone call.

I also sent a letter to Mr. Mark Fineman, Marketing Director at the Golden Gate. Mr. Fineman spoke to me on the telephone as soon as he received my letter and seemed genuinely excited about the award and promised he would be there personally to accept it on behalf of Golden Gate Casino. About two weeks prior to our convention, I received a call from Golden Gate saying that Mr. Fineman no longer worked at Golden Gate but assured me that another representative would be there in Fineman's place.

The trail ends here. I have no idea why neither representatives did not show to accept their deserving awards..... Will be talking to CHIPCO in the morning.
