I hope you have read all of the notes here complimenting the convention, most from those attending. It was a great convention as I saw it!
Now, about your book. An Official guide would in my mind differentiate between chips that are only known to exist in one condition AS opposed to placing three different values on one. Expert opinion falls into a deep well when one claims to be an expert just because he authored book. Put three different values on the chips below, and you lose credibility as being an expert. They should all be one value, or value range, in prestine condition, as that is the only known condition that they exist (other than canceled in the case of the Ore House quarter). DonL expressed the same opinion.
I collect Colorado, so your self proclaimed expert status could affect what I do both as a hobbiest and a reseller. If you REALLY want to know what is and has happened in Colorado, ask someone who lives here. Your research in this area is very incomplete.
