Chip Limits

I've been reading the thread regarding the limit on chips sold from the cages. I have a very interesting alternative. No limits. WITH A VERY
BIG "BUT"!

Let's dole out the chips like they do with us Silver Premium Gaming token collectors. We have to win our Tokens. Do the same with all these Limited Edition and special chips.

On the day of release let's put these chips out on the tables with them held in a separate row in the rack. The player will then purchase the normal house chips at the table and whenever the player wins they can request that they be paid with only the special chips and there will be no limit.

Now there will no longer be people hounding the cages to find this or that chip or asking for racks or limits, as the cages will only redeem the chips and not sell them.

We'll now provide dealers with special cards(like slot cards) that will identify them to the Cage supervisors that they are dealers. These dealer must provide the casino's with their business license from the state of Nevada, or County in Nevada whatever, but the license must be from Nevada in order to abtain a card. These dealers will be able to purchase only a percentage of the total chips left after 75% have been placed on the tables. So with a total number of 1000 chips made with 750 on the table that leaves 250 chips for dealers to obtain at a
percentage. Let's say the dealers are allowed 10% on a one time only buy. This gives 10 dealers 25 chips each, plus whatever they can win off the tables.

Wasn't there a chip which was done this way? I seem to remember a chip that was given only with a Blackjack, but my memory isn't what it used to be.

Now if you would believe all this B.S. I have an altered SPT for sell at $4,000.00! Any takers?

An interesting idea never the less. :>)
