Jerry, you forgot to mention, the starter also gets stuck with whatever it comes back with, while the other players get to decide if there's anything in it they want. And there's usually no accommodation for a latecomer who wants to get in on a RR already in progress. And when something really good like Bob Gabel's $5 RR gets announced at 9am, by the time those of us with real lives and jobs get to the board that evening, its full. :-(
