Agree with you changes are needed to make this a club where the governing bylaws are determined by the MAJORITY of the members! As the membership numbers increase it is the responsibility of the members to make sure the elected officers are working for the majority of the members. I would hope that the membership would voice their opinions directly to the officers and that they will listen.
