I saw a suggestion the other day that I liked.

It was to have the COTY voted on AT the convention. I liked that idea. I suppose those that weren't attending the convention could send in mail ballots that they copied from the club mag. Seems to me that would save many $$ that the club spends mailing, copying, etc.

It may take a year or two, but I think that would revive interest in the nominating process also.
