Some gentleman and his son was selling a bunch of Puerto Rico chips that I have a question about.

He had about 6 or 8 $5.00 chips all alike except for the color from about three different Casinos. Are these, in fact, casino chips or are they as I was told by one fellow chipper, roulettes? If they are actual chips, why are there so many varieties. They all looked like they were in the same condition, with the same usage attributable to all the chips.

Are the values in American dollars or in some other foreign currency. If I remember correctly from a number of years ago, Puerto Rico did use American dollars.

As it happens, I did not accept the offer of trade, but I am curious if it was legitmate.
