I realize I don't contribute a lot to thjis board as I'd rather read what the masters have to say but I want to give this advice. The UNTT is located deep within an all black neighborhood, one block away from serious riots, looting and fires a few years ago. No I am not predjudiced one iota, please don't take this wrong. The residents do not want any non-black people in the area, day or night.
At all four corners of the cross streets, and UNTT is on one of the corners, you'll find large groups of people "hanging out". The parking lot across the street is a prime target for vehicle damage or theft. (Oh, it was a rental - OK then). In addition, the management is scared to death that the gaming commission will yank his license if he sells the chips. The only way to get any is to harvest them from the poker table (game starts at 5 PM). Yes, I did manage to get a few the one and only time I was there. I'll surely never return.
