I may be a little naieve, but I don't think anyone will take these. I know I would hate to be the one that caused the club tourney not to be able to be held in future years. I think these chips will have a "sacred cow" type status. I for one will not have one in my collection, and will not buy anything from someone that offers one.

This may be a little hipocritical coming from someone that does try to harvest and collect Tournament chips, but the Poker Event at the club convention has a chance to be one of the highlights of the convention as far as fun and friendship goes. I will do nothing to jeopardize it, and will personally boycott anyone who does.

I don't think I am alone in this thought. If you thought sneaking tourney chips into your pocket was hard to get past the dealers and floor crew, add the other 10 players at the table and it will be really tricky!
