Of course you are correct, there are burn cards. BUT!!! The original question stated "That means we will get to SEE about every card in the deck?". Although it is very, very, unlikely that we would ever see 27, as I responded, it is possible. Those 4 burn cards will never be "SEEN". They are as you said dealt face down, never to see the light of day!
