Steve, just one more comment to QUESTION #4 - WHY wouldn't they let me add more money/chips from my wallet? It seems like the more money on the table the better for the other players and the house.
You may add as much as you wish to your remaining stack of chips prior to the dealing of a new hand. In other words, after the last hand has been played, and anytime before you see your hold cards for the next game, you can "play your pink slip" or at least the equivalent of such in cash. Remember, one cannot remove any chips from the table either, until they are ready to quit the game.
