I really can't complain about the new people in charge since it seems to be only a week or so since they started. In the past I HAVE complained numerous times to not only the cage people (which falls on deaf ears), but the people above them. The Four Queens holds the record (at least for me) of the most times I have called a Casino to see if a chip has been released, only to drive down there & be told that NO we have not released the chips yet...............Andy - Las Vegas
