I have to agree with you that this Group contains some of the most HONEST people I have met also....and to those, I sincerely apologize......I recognized that early in my eBay experience and even send the Chips as soon as I received a persons address....well before payment....and I have STILL not received a bad check in over 400 transactions!

Unfortunately....I DO live in a real world and even though I CHOSE to trust, there is always an element whose integrity doesn't measure up to the rest.

If you have been around for as long as you have, perhaps you remember the last problem that I had with people contacting my bidders DURING an auction and offering to sell.....I was in receipt of the email and it WAS a respected member of this BB.....

At that time, I chose to address the measure on this forum in an attempt to stop what I considered to be an unethical practice and refused to tarnish this man's reputation and reveal his name, despite the pleas of several people.

I still have not found out who these "several" people are from my high bidder and perhaps posted this thread in haste.....I certainly hope that is the case and still CHOSE to trust, even at the expense of exposing myself to the very few....there are some things that I WON'T have stolen.....
