CC>CC is in the process of building ots own website. Neal Silverman has graciously offered his expertise and time to develop and oversee this long overdue project. The CC>CC Board has unanimously accepted Neal's generous offer and he has been appointed as our official CC>CC Webmaster. We are enthusiastically looking forward to immersing the club in tomorrows technological advances as we approach the new century. While the www site will be up and running very shortly, Neal estimates that it will take about two years to fully evolve. Once our WWW.CC>CC.COM has been registered and approved, Neal is ready to load the site with some interesting features that should meet with the approval of most of our memership (can't make everybody happy). Once we are operational, all club officers and committee people will have an email address (eg; president@cc>cc.com) which will link to our own addresses. A BB for discussions/questions about club/hobby matters will be established. This should relieve the other BB's of club related matters that really should be addressed on our own site. Michael Knapp's popular club page currently on CHEQUERS will be moved to our own web site and interesting articles from the club magazine will be published on the site as well. It's a long overdue beginning. There is lots of work ahead for Neal. If any club members have any thoughts or ideas, please send them to Neal@chequers.com This will be YOUR site. Use it. Happy collecting, Archie
