When I was in Vegas last fall, I found Win Chips at two places: Sunset Station and Lady Luck. Both places you needed a form, but I don't recall which place had the forms readily available and which I hadda find it someplace else. Like you, John, I would very much like to know if there are these ncv chips available anywhere else in Las Vegas, as I would like to get others for my collection. See you at the convention.
