I don't see where you are actually uploading a file. Are you skipping that step?

Also, forget the path to the file on your computer and just use the file name. IF you had uploaded that file to my server, the correct url would have been:

http://thechipb.hostme.com/tcbuploads/oceanside.gif

What you are trying to accomplish here is take a file that is on your own personal computer and upload it to my server on the internet. The place you are uploading it to is:

http://thechipb.hostme.com/tcbuploads/

after it is there you can reference it by adding the actual file name to the path above.
