No, I'm not at all certain. All I can tell is the isp they are using to sign in with. There were actually 3 people who signed in from that isp since I moved the board to this server. I did find it ironic that Shannon was one of them. Now, if someone were to become a real problem here I could complain to the isp and the isp would look up their log records and determine the culprit for sure.
