I really should stay out of this! BUT!!
Signing up 40 players may be working within the rules, but it is not working within the spirit of the rules.
Robert P went to considerable lenghts to set the tournament up. He did it in the name of the CC>CC. It was not set up in the name of The "BB" CC>CC.
The CC>CC will be held responsible, by 2,000 members, for an event put on under the club banner.
