The Orleans could wind up with a gaming issue, if they were to try and limit sign ups to certain people.
Private tournaments are possible but private tournaments within a certain group?
In my opinion it has to be open to CC>CC members only.
Or
Open to electronic chippers only, with no mention of the CC>CC.
OR
A totatly private tournament that someone has made arrangements for, with a list of players submitted beforehand.
OR
Open to the public.
This one is a done deal. What are we arguing about?
