Correct Archie! Maybe I should have posted my message more clearly. True, a dealer or collector who ends up having rare chips for sale is under NO obligation to advertize the amount for sale.....BUT what potential buyers should ALWAYS ask is "how many do you have for sale". If the seller refuses to say OR gives false information, that to me is more than just an ethics problem but downright dishonest business practice and should be expelled from the club (if false info is given)and these dealings should be posted in the official club publication. Any other stand on this is condoning dishonest and maybe illegal practices!!
