I have been on Ebay for over a month. I keep looking for "ALL THESE RULES" and can not find them. Ebay is the hardest most unuser friendly system I have ever seen. I searched for over 2 weeks, just to find out what their charges were to the seller.

I bid on an item that was a scam and the only recourse I could find on Ebay was to use the negative Feedback feature for that seller. They do not get into dishonest people. They will stop an auction for an " illegal product " whatever that is.

Do not get me wrong, Ebay is the greatest thing since a pocket on a shirt, but they are not the social police of the world and rightly so.
So Jim if you could direct me to "THOSE RULES" I would appreciate it.

I vote too against the scoundrel who would contact a bidder before the auction is over.
