Yes, it's possible that "The Gaming Table" is wrong. Nobody's poifect. But our information that there WAS a Rising Sun Club in Sacramento came from old records of the CA gaming authorities. If there is an error in TGT, it's attributing the only known Rising Sun chip to the CA club. It's possible that there is a different kind of Rising Sun chip that was used in CA, and that the harp mold chip was in fact used in MS.
