Interesting. TGT shows an Olympic Club at 112 N. Tower Ave, in Centralia but as it is said to have opened in 1970--that mold is too old. There was a WM chip from the Oakes Lodge in Dayton Ohio that is said to have opened in 1919 and that used the square in circle mold.
