You and I have exchanged e-mail regarding chapter meeting space. As I explained in my last e-mail if you will inform me as to the number of members attending, room setup desired, and preferred day I will try to arrange to provide space. Since I did not hear back I assumed the chapter had changed their mind. The Club is happy to provide meeting space for chapters but to this point you are the only one to even inquire about space.

I will be glad to do my best to accomodate any chapter. It's getting late so if a chapter wants to hold a meeting I need to know soon. Also since the schedule has been printed it will be the responsiblity of the chapter to notify their members as to time and place.
