Don ----- Joe Louis was Heavyweight champion 1937-1949; Jake LaMotta was Middleweight champion 1949-1951; and Floyd Patterson was Heavyweight champion 1956-1959 and again 1960-1962. Looks like a pattern to me [g]!!
