Ron, Thanks for the clarification on the $100 Hugo's chip. Let me ask a purely hypthetical question. Firstly, I know that I can't take a chip off of the floor, go to the gift shop or restaurant & purchase a meal or an item to take back with me to sunny Florida. Now comes the hypothetical part. Let's say I get a drink while at the roulette table & tip the cocktail waitress with one of the roulette chips I have in my stack. What would she do with the chip & is she risking her job in taking such a gratuity? Back to the restaurant. I finish my meal, search my pockets & only find a $5 chip that I didn't cash at the cage. If I choose to leave that chip instead of cash what do the waitress & busboy risk, if anything? I am not involved in gaming but I am "paying" to insure proper service. Does the commission have any regulation that speaks to this issue?
