Wednesday - June 16th
12 Noon - Dealers may pick up show credentials at the Convention Registration table outside of the Mardi Gras Ballroom. Members who have pre-registered may pick up badges at the Registration table. Proper identification is required to pick up credentials or badges.
12 Noon - Dealer set-up begins.
5:30 pm - Early Bird Reception MEMBERS ONLY
7:00 pm - Member Swap Session MEMBERS ONLY

Thursday - June 17th
8:30 am - Silver Strikes/Tokens meeting Esplanade Room
10:00 am - Opening Ceremony Show opens to membership and the public
1:00 pm - Registration opens for Poker Tournament Orleans Poker Room
2:00 pm - World Workshop to Standardize Codes for Chips, Plaques and Tokens Esplanade Room
6:00 pm - Show in recess until 10 am, Friday morning.
7:30 pm - Club Business Meeting Esplanade Room
10:00 pm - 1st Annual CC&GTCC Championship Poker Challenge MEMBERS ONLY Orleans Poker Room

Friday - June 18th
8:30 am - Cyberchipping Forum Esplanade Room
10:00 am - Show opens to membership and the public
5:00 pm - Show in recess until 10 am, Saturday morning.
6:30 pm - Annual Club Auction MEMBERS ONLY Esplanade Room

Saturday - June 19th
9:00 am - Educational Forum Esplanade Room
10:00 am - Show opens to Membership and the public
4:00 pm - Show closes.
6:00 pm - All dealer tables must be down and floor vacated.
7:00 pm - The Last Dance Final trading session. MEMBERS ONLY Esplanade Room
