My Gaming Table lists the Rising Sun as having the Harp mold which these chips also have. So they are probably from CA. One interesting note: Rising Sun, IN is just across the river from Newport, KY and is the current home of the Grand Victoria. There are a few bars in the town which could of had gambling in the past.
