I think I can Help you on this subject.
Those chips are the hard Rock Tournament chips, They have only seen play once , during The Hard Rock Craps Tournament earlier this Year.
My "source" told me that less than 5 chips "disappered" .
I saw the 100NCV . It has a gold Hot stamp , with The words Hard Rock Hotel
No Cash Value. Las Vegas . NV. and a small Hard Rock Logo on the Bottom .
