This ship is indeed scheduled to open on Nov. 16 with a VIP invite only cruise with the Indiana Gaming Comission. I have not been able to determine if regular or Fun Nite chips will be used on the first day but they plan on regular cruises after the first day. For reservations call 1-888-romans4u; there will eventually be a 500 room hotel associated with the property in Elizabeth, IN which is just west of Louisville, KY. I am still hoping to get onto the VIP cruise but its not looking good. The people answering the phones don't even know what a casino host is.
