With the proliferation of roulette collectors and claims of who has the most roulettes, I thought it was necessary to explain why I am" Mr. Roulette"..Although I have around 5000 different roulette chips in my collection,( some collectors may have more roulettes) this alone does not justify the title of" Mr. Roulette." The coveted title of" Mr. Roulette" was bestowed upon me by Bob Mera a few years ago when I published the only Catalog on chip collecting bevoted entirely to roulette chips R.I.C.H. CATALOG AND CHECKLIST OF ATLANTIC CITY ROULETTE CHIPS. I am now in the process of putting together a 2nd Edition of this work. As anyone who has put together a catalog or reference book on Casino Chips knows, this endeavor is a labor of love and certainly not a money making project when you consider the countless hours of work needed to put together such a catalog..
I enjoy collecting Casino chips and have derived a great deal of pleasure, meet a lot of wonderful people and developed some lasting friendships while acquiring these intrinsicly worthless blobs of clay and plastic. By publishing reference books on Roulette chips I hope to give something back to this hobby which has given so much enjoyment to me.
In the future I plan on doing roulette Catalogs for Nevada and other Casinos around the Country. The 2nd edition of the Atlantic City Catalog should be available some time after the first of the year.
