It definitely wouldn't be the last one on the list to get the extra chips. The thought was the person who started it would get his original 20 back and the system could go on with out anyone having to invest the original chips. So you say what happens after 3 cycles and 40 extra chips? That would be one of the things to decide. maybe break the packages up into multiples, maybe take an extra chip out whatever can be decided on. The first things to worry about is will the quality of the package stay near the original. I think a guidline is you try and replace what you take with a better condition or at least equal. I'm sure someone will not play fair, but they can be droped from the list. Hey, if you think it will get too complicated or you will get cheated, do not sign up.
