I was at the Chip In Casino about 1 month ago and the construction building a newer area of the casino was well underway. They had a new sign outside the building but it still looked to be a while before a new area would be open.

This had to be the smallest dirtiest casino I have ever been in, the cashiers are behind bulletproof glass and you deal with them through a small opening under the glass. You take your cups full of change dump it into the opening and then they fill cups on the other side to take it to the coin counting machine.

If you think about going there don't bother the chips were some of the most used chips I have ever seen in a casino.
