I got the story in my email from my regular online news source. When I saw it I thought to myself that it seemed a little soon for the vote but I didn't think to much more about it and posted the data.

But, now that you mentioned it, I went back and re-read the news story and see that the first line very clearly states "These are TEST returns. They must not be broadcast or published."

So, as Miss Emily Latilla would have said, "Never mind!"
