Dave Berns in the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported this morning that
The near-Strip Bourbon Street hotel-casino is
seeking Clark County Planning Commission approval
for the construction of a 30-story time-share tower.
Tel Aviv, Israel-based Red Sea Group, which
purchased the 4 1/2-acre site near the intersection of
Flamingo Road and the Strip for about $15 million in
April, is pushing plans that call for 480 time-share units.
Mr. Berns also reporets that there is a request before the Planning Commission to build a roller coaster and National Assocation for Stock Car Auto Racing-themed restaurant at the Sahara hotel-casino.
Wow! Another roller coaster! I can hardly wait for my grand kids to come along, grow part way up and take grandpa to Vegas again.
