Hi Bob; Now that many reports are coming in from all across the country, evidently the supplement was not included outside of the metro area as you have suggested. The supplement was targeted for Atlantic City casino advertising, although there are large display ads in there for Foxwoods, Casino de Montreal, Mohegan Sun. I've mentioned this before in a post to Gene Trimble, but for those who are new to the BB or haven't read this somewhere else, the Atlantic City Convention & Visitors Bureau publishes a statistic that within 300 miles of Atlantic City lives 1/3 the population of the United States. That's an incredible statistic if accurate! So, yes, I can see the supplement being inserted only within a 300 mile radius, which is within easy driving range of A.C.. Makes sense.
