Erasing the image URL before posting the next note should have alleviated the problem. Whenever you press the "Post Message" button it copies the data in these fields to a cookie on your hard drive:

Your Name
E-Mail Address
Optional Link URL
Optional Link Title
Optional Image URL
and your "e-mail notification" preference.

So, if you post a message with the "Optional Image URL" field blank then it should be blank next time you post a message.

As for the "Preview Message" part of your question, I don't know. I'm not really sure what it is for. I will discuss that with the author.
