Why are these two $2.50 so expensive? There's a story out there, tell us. Because value of chips is so subjective, are dealers who are selling these one-of-a-kind or rare/semi rare chips offended when another dealer undervalues their asking price? I am very hesitant for asking pricing informaton on a public board in fear of just that, offending a dealer whom I'd like to purchase chips from while trying to get the best price. And worse, having that dealer read it in a public bulletin board.

FYI, my strategy has been to network with as many dealers and ask them in private for their assessment/appraisal. In a recent experience, I paid $15 for an obsolete but could easily pay up to $50 for the same chip from another dealer.
