In an AP story out of Las Vegas today it said that Ted Binion's sister, Becky Behnen, (who now owns the horseshoe) has asked police to investigate whether her brother was murdered. Apparently Ted had an ex-felon named Rick Tabish bury the estimated 5 million dollars worth of silver and this is one of the men who was arrested at 3 am digging up the silver the night after Ted died. Police are awaiting toxicological reports and are treating it as an accidental death unless they find evidence to indicate otherwise.
