Gene, Georges is now on its' way into the Gulf of Mexico headed for parts unknown, however, the National Hurricane Center is presently tracking 3 more storms in the Atlantic with one named Jean. They are way out at sea but who knows where they might wind up. By October 19th they may be anywhere in the Caribbean. Unless you are headed to Aruba or Curacao, I would keep my eye on the tropics! I usually take a cruise this time of the year as the rates are real low. People think that a cruise is dangerous during the hurricane season, but that's not so. The large mega-liners have more electronics onboard than some Navy vessels and are much faster. The food also much better. Let me know where you will be leaving from & I will try keep you informed.
