In thinking about going out to Las Vegas for another trip sometime in a month or so, I started to wonder, do the LV people have regular meeting that a visitor can attend? If so, I would love to schedule my week in LV to connect. Be nice to meet some of you guys. Would also make up for my bonehead move of not planning to go out last August.

I recently drove from Milwaukee to near Ann Arbor to make a meeting of the Great Lakes Chapter of the C.C.&G.T.C.C. and had a very pleasent afternoon with a dozen folks talking over casinos and chips and trading. It was over 400 miles to get there, and I don't know if I'll get back that way again in the foreseeable future (driving through Chicago is no fun!), but Jim Smith, Albert Scalzo and all the folks really made me feel welcome.
